Our design solution was to create an interconnected and interdependent workplace in a contemporary setting, combining simple fixed decor and with soft furnishings to emphasis company's warm culture and bring out the relaxed atmosphere that would be inviting for both clients and employees. We also supported their internal change management for Abbott to facilitate a smooth transition and help employees embrace their new way of working.
